Exercise and Training is the essential part of a daily life . These factors helps the human body to enhance cardio health , boost metabolism , release happy hormones and increases strength . Consistently , adopting this thing helps you to maintain your physique , also makes you disciplined and also makes your immune system strong against diseases especially like ( diabetes , hypertension ) etc .
Different types of Exercises
1. Cardio : This includes exercises like swimming , running and compound movements like Deadlifts , Bench Press and Squats . These exercise increases your overall strength but should be done in a proper way otherwise lead to injury .
2. Strength Training : These exercises majorly used to get Muscle Hypertrophy . Weight lifting like using Dumbbells , barbels and Body Weight exercises like Pull-ups , Dips andPull-ups are used and perform in this regard .
3. Flexibility : Yoga and stretching movements are done which prevent body from injuries and improves the range of motion like Shoulder Mobility .
4. High Intensity Interval Training : These exercises are mainly used for Fat Burning and Metabolism Improvement .
Mind & Motivation
A positive mindset and strong motivation is the key to achieve goals and success in life . This generation now a days a famous term is being used is ''GEN-Z'' is addicted to social media , Pornography and other vulgar activities . They usually waste there time in this content . Now , many influencers regarding health and fitness are overtaking the social media which are changing the mindset of young generation regarding fitness . Some of influencers like Sakhet Gokhale from India , Sajawal Usmani from Pakistan and Axel Martinez from Mexico many more all over the world . Mind and Motivation leads you to discipline your life . Once with proper and consistent training you start observing changes in your body leads to more motivation and strong ambition .
Overcoming Common Fitness Obstacles
1. Injury : Don't do Ego Lifting in show off . Rest properly and see your body response to prevent serious injuries .
2. Plateaus : A common term usually used by gym buddies and other fitness concern people . Plateau is not seeing result of your muscle growth , this can easily be broken by changing your exercises .
3. Lack of Motivation : According to research 50% of the people leave the gym and their fitness goal within in 3 to 4 months . This can be solve by staying in a group of people whomotivates you . You should also set small goals and track your progress .
Rest & Recovery
Without , proper Rest and Recovery body can't make progress . Rest and Recovery are essential factor to repair muscles and growth . Not properly resting and recovery sessions body may lead to injuries due to fatigue . Rest and Recovery is as much important as your workout and diet . So , prioritize your rest and recovery for long-term fitness journey .
Sleep , Stretching and Recovery Session
Quality Sleep leads to muscle growth and recovery . Use of food enrich in more magnesium and zinc can help in taking good sleep . Stretching and Recovery session can lead to increase in body mobility and flexibility . Taking Cold shower is a common method for boosting muscle recovery . So , addition of rest days should be taken seriously . Example if you train intensely then you should take 2 or 3 days rest or if you perform light workout then 1 day rest is optimal . Walking and light Cardio can be done Daily .

Health is Wealth . So , from today leave the laziness and start doing workout . Regular Exercise , proper diet and recovery session can make you consistent in Fitness Journey .
